Short version: IQFasting does not collect your data. Everything stays on your device.

What we store

The app stores your active fast, goal protocol, fast history, and settings in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device through IQFasting. You can clear it any time by clearing site data in your browser.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no passwords, no personal information collected.
• No advertising, no third-party trackers.
• No analytics that identify you personally.
• No selling, sharing, or monetizing your data.

Hosting

The website itself is served by a hosting provider. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) may be collected by that provider for routine operations. We do not associate these with any individual and do not use them for profiling.

Notifications

If you opt in, milestone alerts are generated locally by your browser. No third party is involved.

Future features

If we later add an optional account / cloud sync, that will be clearly opt-in, and we will update this page before any data leaves your device.
